She was predeceased by: her parents, T. King Minnick and Elizabeth "Betty" Minnick; and her brother Dale Minnick (Linda). She is survived by: her husband Franklin Jefferson; her children, Eric Jefferson (Kristel), Troy Jefferson (Kim), Brien Jefferson (Linda) and Valentino Jefferson (Nickie); her grandchildren, Jeremy Jefferson, Franklin Jefferson, Brien Jefferson (Lupita), Mykah Jefferson, Chase Jefferson, Troi "Bailey" Jefferson, Brook Jefferson, Blair Jefferson, Michael Jefferson, Christopher Jefferson (Kiley), David Jefferson, Joshua Gregory, Juwaan Jefferson (Elsa), Jahlil Jefferson and Jasmine Jefferson; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Kayden, Khloe, Kali, Kobe and Dominique.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM and on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to All Saints Episcopal Church in Loveland or St. James Episcopal Church in Houston.
