He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Starck and Victoria Starck; and his siblings, Robert, Jerry Starck, Karen Sterkel and Helen Starck.
He is survived by: his wife LuAnn Carson; his children, Carson Luke Starck and Emily Jo Starck; his granddaughter LuAnn; his siblings, Virginia Buehler, Harlen and Larry Starck (Mary); and his sister-in-law Cindy Fergurson Starck (Jerry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Contributions in Ray's memory may be made to college funds for the three granddaughters.
