He was predeceased by: his wife Carolee; and his daughter Julie. He is survived by: his children, Loveland and Michael Smith (Christine); his grandchildren, Collin Smith and Katelyn Smith; and his brothers, Bill Smith (Patricia) of Seattle Washington and Richard Smith (Jean) of Denver.
