He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Vaden; his sister Helen Leavens; his daughter Frances Eddy; and his granddaughters, Ali Laputka and Samantha Eddy.
He is survived by: his parents, Paul Petersen and Dorothy Petersen (Holt); his daughters, Susan Drage (Robert) and Barbara Petersen (Bob Shacochis); his grandchildren, Jennifer Bowser (Merle), Tyler Drage (Jamie) and Erin Pittman (Steuart); and his great grandchildren, Ben, Ellie Bowser, Sam, Andy Pittman, Kyler and Mackenzie Eubank. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
