She is survived by: her children, Jack (Jennifer Kooienga), Mark Kooienga, James (Kelly Jansma), Lee (Laura Kooienga) and Chad (Paula Kamminga); her daughter-in-law Nicole Van Baren (Kevin); her father Raymond Ezinga; and her siblings, Steve (Jodi Ezinga) and Tammy (Rob VanUffelen). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and brothers and sisters-in-law.
