Marvin D. Welburn Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marvin D. Welburn of Loveland, Colorado, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 21, 2024 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marvin D. Welburn to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Welburn and Iva Welburn; his sister Phyllis See; and his brothers-in-law, Walt See, Gary Hockaday and Mike Shelton.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Lundering; his children, Larry (Betty) and Cindy (Gary); his grandchildren, Michael (Joyce), Jessica (Taylor) and Brent (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Lucas, Sofia, Lily, Isla and Sebastian; his sisters, Arlys Hockaday, Karie Shelton and Sandy Carlson (Bob); and his brother-in-law John Lundering (Nina). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Faith Church (2707 Wilson Ave, Loveland, CO 80538).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Parkinson's Research or Loveland Good Samaritan Village in care of Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home (kibbeyfishburn.com). While we mourn the loss of Marv, we rejoice knowing that he is now free of the physical limitations of Parkinson's and was able to celebrate Christmas with his Lord.
