Margaret Ann Davis Athey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret Ann Davis Athey in Loveland, Colorado, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 2, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Davis and Mabel Davis; and her siblings, Larry Davis, Mary Jo Davis Hallberg and Jean Carol Davis David.
She is survived by: her husband Charles R. Athey of Loveland, CO; her children, Karen Athey Geoghegan (Woody) of Berthoud, CO, Phillip Athey (Valerie) of Lake Jackson, TX and Brad Athey of Lenexa, KS; her grandchildren, Patrick Geoghegan (Kori Holliday), Mitchell Athey (Leiah), Molly Geoghegan, Jillian Athey (Skyler Pierce), Leo Geoghegan (Christen Neugebauer), Sam Athey, Luke Athey and Chandri Athey; and her great grandchildren, Ellie Athey, Kya and Lenny Geoghegan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the UMKC Conservatory of music.
