We bid farewell to John Clayton Irelan of Loveland, Colorado, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 26, 2025 at the age of 94. John Clayton touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Irelan and Elva Stevens Irelan; his siblings, Marian May Welsch and Donald Irelan; and his cousin Bonnie Lee Fish.
He is survived by: his wife Phi Tau "Sweetheart" Barbara Ziggafoos of Grand Island, NE; his children, Bob of Fairfax, VA, Sue of Lake Tahoe, CA, Becky of Eureka, CA and Jen of Loveland, CO; and his grandchildren, Tess, Jackson, Bailey and Kristen.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (533 Grant Ave, Loveland, CO 80537).
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be offered to Habitat for Humanity or First United Methodist Church.
