He is survived by: his wife Anne Kucera; his children, Suzanne Bennett of Fredericksburg, TX and James Kucera III of Denver; his stepson Rob Roth (Beth Roth); his grandchildren, Peter James Bennet, Andy Bennett, Peyton Roth, Grace and Bergen Roth; his great grandchildren, Caston Bennett and Rivers Bennett; and his sisters, Mary Jane Ross, Betty Smith of Al and Joanne Arsego.
