He is survived by: his wife Lela Bonser; his children, Mark Bonser and Delee Bonser-Kingham (Roger Kingham); and his grandchildren, Jerid Kingham, Jakob Bonser and David Kingham. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and all his friends.
