He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Charlotte Smith (Jerry), Jacquelyn Gebhardt (Joe) and Joan Sputh (Ed); his son-in-law Jace Helmer; his grandchildren, Nikki Tucker (Travis), Katie Sputh, Matt (Sarah), Greg (Haley) and Chris Gebhardt (Suzy); his great grandchildren, Tate, Tessa Tucker, Joseph, Jackson, Gabby, Nolan, Nicholas, Stella and Jordan Paul Gebhardt; his wife Barbara Davidson; and his daughter Kathleen Helmer.
