She was predeceased by: her parents, Ascencion Jimenez and Katherine Jimenez (Sweet); her husband Manuel Alvarado; and her sons, Tony Alvarado and Allen Alvarado.
She is survived by: her children, Augie Alvarado of Longmont, Andy Alvarado (Beth) of Loveland Alex, Cathy Martinez (Tom) of Johnstown, Margie Weitzel (Jeff) of Berthoud, Angie Shepard of Berthoud and Mary Blatzer (Sean) of Johnstown; and her brother Frank Jimenez of Big Springs, NE. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren 33 great grandchildren 1 great-great grandchild and numerous honorary grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home (1102 N Lincoln Ave, Loveland, CO 80537). A rosary was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (1730 W 12th St, Loveland, CO 80537).
