She is survived by: her husband Ron Chance; her children, Kris (Jay) of Middletown and Rick (Adrienne) of Louisville; her grandsons, Jake, Will, Trey, Jack and Nate; her siblings, Jimmy (Bonnie), Buddy and Vickie (Bob); and her family Ron. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
