With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eldred Ralph Tharp (Louisville, Colorado), born in Webster Springs, West Virginia, who passed away on February 6, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Joyce Tharp. He is survived by: his daughter Keli Belmonte (Sam) of Louisville; his grandson Matthew Brophy (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Poppy of Encinitas, CA. and John of Encinitas, CA.; his wife Dolores Mastriona of Broomfield; his stepchildren, Bruce (Tami), Kevin (Lauri), Scott (Candy), DeAnn (Mike) and Steve; and his brothers, Jack Tharp and Roger Pugh (Shirley) of West Virginia.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Louisville Fire Department.
