She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis D'Agostino and Ange Balthmeg D'Agostino. She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Kummer and Janet Brown (Dan). She is also survived by five grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the St. Louis Catholic School at 925 Grant Ave in Louisville Colorado.
