He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Kennelly and Howard Wesly Rice; his wife Marie Evon Rice; and his siblings, Howard Jr. and Virginia.
He is survived by: his children, Andrew J. Rice of Boulder and Florence M. Rice (Rudy Martinez) of Louisville; his grandchildren, Michelle Remijio (Salvador Del Real), Josh and Heather; his great grandchildren, Faith, Sier, Daenerys and Salvador III; and his sisters, Barbara and Nancy. He is also survived by his kids, grand-kids, and great grand-kids.
