It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Curt Osswald (Longmont, Colorado), who passed away on December 16, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Julie Osswald (Layer) and William Osswald; his brothers, Walter Carl Osswald and Eugene Frederick Osswald; and his sister-in-law Helen Johnson Grout.
He is survived by: his significant other Ohioan Laura Prugh Johnson; his children, Mary Sanford (Will) and William Osswald (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Ben, Charlotte Sanford, Mackenzie and Harper Osswald; his sisters-in-law, Frances Chase Montgomery and Janice Osswald Mehallick; and his nieces and nephews, Teresa Clanton (Jim), Pamela Jungkunz (Owen Bunthoff), William Osswald (Rachel), Amy Dreesbach (Scott), Steve Chase (Erin), Colin Chase and Alex Chase (Ann Guy).
