She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin E. Reed and Zula M. Reed; and the father of her children Carmon Lix. She is survived by: her husband James Mayrath; her daughters, Mandi Lix and Marin Lix (Artemus Legg); her granddaughter Payton Legg; and her brother James "Rick" Reed.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Longmont Humane Society.
