He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hughes; his children, Terry Hughes (Terry Kimball), Jay Hughes and Cathy Hughes; his grandchildren, Cindy Hosman (Paul), Sabrina Tuttle (Travis) and Steven Hughes (Jordyn); his great grandchildren, Sean (Kylara), Alissa, Claire, Lylah, Haiden, Regyn, Jasper, Grayson and Pyper; and his great great grandchildren, Owen, Lukas and Myka.
Ron and Carolyn were long time members of the United Methodist Church in Longmont and memorial contributions may be sent there in his name.
