She is survived by: her husband Ray Fiolkoski of Longmont, Colorado; her children, Leslie Moore-O'Brien (Paul) of Yuma, Arizona, Eric Fiolkoski (Valerie) of Arvada, Colorado and Alan Fiolkoski of Longmont, Colorado; her grandchildren, Ryan Fair (Katie) of Irwin, Zachary Fiolkoski of Erie, Jacob Moore (Samantha) of Chandler, Dylan Moore (Chelsea) of Yuma, Katarina Fiolkoski of Arvada and Ian Fiolkoski of Shawnee, Kansas; and her great grandchildren, Audrey, Allie, Benjamin and Tobias.
