He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Moy Wu and Mei Moy. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Moy of Boulder; his stepdaughters, Brooke Keith (Amy Todd) of Denver and Erin Fahres (Tom Fahres) of Denver; his grandchildren, Jayden Fahres of Gilbert and Kai Fahres of Denver; and his sister-in-law Sandy Moy of Seattle.
