He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold, Laurell Vermeer, Robert and Priscilla Nicastle; his uncles, Timothy Vermeer and Richard Nicastle; his cousin Matthew Nicastle; and his sister-in-law Tiffany Nicastle.

He is survived by: his children, Brennan and Ryleigh Nicastle; his parents, Mark Nicastle and Robin Nicastle; and his siblings, Laura (Clayton Rodeback), Kevin (Candice Nicastle) and Michael (Kristen Nicastle).
