He is survived by: his wife Jean Albertson-Asmussen; his children, John K. Asmussen (Becky) of Loveland, CO, James M. Asmussen (Denise) of Greeley, CO, Alan J. Asmussen (Laurie) of Eagle, CO, Linda Asmussen-Sventek (Leonard) of Cheyenne, WY and Christena J. Asmussen-Ward (Denham) of Dillon, CO; and his siblings, Harry Asmussen of Littleton, CO and Vivian Asmussen-Maul of Longmont, CO. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren an 21 great grandchildren.
