She was predeceased by: her parents, Carus S. Icenogle and Lois Cromer Icenogle; her husband John F. Matherly; and her brother Stan. She is survived by: her children, John C. (Marbie) of Westminster, Julie Baird (Frank) of Reno and Jason of Cherry Hills. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
