It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Iola Mae Light of Longmont, Colorado, who passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert C. Schulte and Matilda Schulte (Kahle); her husband Dennis Light of Norway's Sweet Corn Queen; and her siblings, Emily Zenisek, Genevieve Pieper, Marilyn Wodstrchill, Albert J. Schulte and James Schulte.

She is survived by: her children, Denise Ann Light (Ken) and Brad Light (Mollie Wright); her grandchildren, Kris Sumikawa (Jessica) and Nik Sumikawa (Justine Manalastas); and her great grandchildren, Ava Sumikawa and Max Sumikawa. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital at http://www.stjude.org.
