He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his daughters, Staci Durbala, Shannon Vaughn, Samantha Marshall, Stephani Axon and Sharon Dougherty; and his siblings, Rick, Libby and Scott (Lynn). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
