He was predeceased by: his son Kirk D. McIntosh. He is survived by: his children, Susan M. Shepcaro of Rye, NH, Carolyn L. McIntosh of Denver, CO and Ross C. McIntosh of Longmont, CO; his daughter-in-law Diana C. McIntosh of Austin, TX; and his grandchildren, Dominic Mattos and Rose Mattos.
