He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Cindy Parrs; his father-in-law Donald Lytle; his wife Shari Parrs; his daughters, Rachelle Parrs Bellanger and Karah Parrs; his son-in-law John Bellanger; his parents, George J. Parrs and Jean M. Parrs; his brother Greg Parrs (Mary); his mother-in-law Ruth Lytle; his siblings-in-law, Lori Lytle (Carl Smith) and Scott Lytle (Cathy); his nephews, Scott Lytle (Kendra, Craig Lytle) and Michael Parrs; and his niece Tracy Lytle Shilling (Brian). He was also cherished by numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
