He was predeceased by: his parents, Herlinda Figueroa Aguilar and Jose Refugio Quiroz Chavez. He is survived by: his wife Marisela Quiroz; and his children, Fabian Torres, Stephan White, Joshua Quiroz, Angelica Torres and Nahria Quiroz. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
