He is survived by: his former wife Judith A. Ford; his daughters, Lori Pitts of Arizona and Lisa Cayce of Florida; his granddaughter Samantha Cayce of Longmont; his sisters, Virginia Kidder of Knoxville, IA and Doris Ann Rechkemmer of Burlington; and his friends, Lorrae Crabb and Kristen Kirk.
