He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Felton and Hazel Felton (Wright); and his granddaughter Lily. He is survived by: his wife Christina Gail Foley; his daughters, Michelle Felton (Kevin), Kelly Tienken (Jim) and Christy Felton (Kevin); his siblings, Frances Thide (Steve) and Larry Felton; his grandchildren, Carly Riley (Sean), Emily, Hannah, Ross and Zane Tienken; and his parents-in-law, Gordon, Bonnie Foley and Glee Morris. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, and nieces.

Due to COVID restrictions, private family services will be held.
