He was predeceased by: his parent Sally Gill; and his sister Shelley Yeates. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Ann Ballash; his children, Paul Gill Jr. (Becky), Stephanie Gill, Jayson Gill (Emma), Adrianna Cohen (Ben), Connor Gill (Vivionna), Douglas Gill and Alexander Gill; and his grandchildren, Beneillie, Nikoli, Carma, Dayden, Issac and Sloane.
