He was predeceased by: his mother Laura Lee McIntire; and his cousin Tara. He is survived by: his son Jay Jasper Perry McIntire (Avery) of Grand Junction, CO; his wife Tami McIntire of Grand Junction, CO; his father Dean McIntire (Argelis) of Livermore, CO; his sisters, Laurie Kitsmiller of Buckeye, AZ, Joddie Partch (Les) of Mesa, AZ and Kristi Medina (Kelly) of Gunnison, CO; and his aunt Connie. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
