He is survived by: his wife Jolene Jacobsen; his siblings-in-law, Lyden Jacobsen (Deborah), Molly Davis, Lowell Jacobsen (Bonnie), Heddy Cary (Jack) and Janelle Schell (Dave); his nephew Jon Hsieh (Jill); and his brother-in-law Jay Davis (Fox). He is also survived by cousins, and many nieces and nephews on his wife.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor can be made to Childrens Hospital Colorado.
