She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Howell. She is survived by: her daughters, Ruth Garretson, Becky Berg and Rachel Maher; and her sister Eunice Apps. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to Nourish Meals on Wheels in Littleton, CO 80122, which was a huge blessing to her for the past 13 years.
