Richard McDowell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2025, Richard McDowell of Littleton, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Louise and James R. McDowell; his brother James R. McDowell, Jr.; and his pets, Junior, Bright Eyes, Smoky, Blizzard and Pepper.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his daughters, Heather and Megan (Jeremy Gibbs); his grandchildren, Maya, Emmett, Julian and Elliott; his brother-in-law Marlin Roberts (Linda); and his pet Gracie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the McGilley State Line Chapel (12301 State Line Rd, Kansas City, MO 64145).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wayside Waifs and/or Dumb Friends League.
