Though Lance may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Lance leaves behind.

He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Martin and Shirley Martin; his son Brayden Anthony Martin; his wife Beth Martin; his daughter Samantha; and his sisters, Dawn Martin and Misty Martin Devine (Bradley). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

“As Lance’s high school tennis coach I was shocked to hear of his passing. A resolute competitor and superb team player at number 1 singles for Chatfield Senior High he was a great athlete (I believe he was also a good baseball player) and a strong supporter of his team mates and of the school, Lance was a great attacking player with a wicked underspin forehand that was his signature attacking shot. I will miss him and am glad that I have great memories of his time with us. Carey Brading”
