Jerry R. Jaramillo Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry R. Jaramillo of Littleton, Colorado, who passed away on January 12, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry T. Jaramillo and Casiana Aragon Jaramillo; his siblings, Eddie, Henry, Alfonso, Barbara Ortiz, Lucy Sanchez, Rose Aragon and Lena Frazee; and his brothers-in-law, Chale and Bernal Salas.
He is survived by: his wife Nury; his children, Marco (Lorelei), Tatiana (Aaron Slocumb) and Rosina (Vann); his grandchildren, Anja, Gabby, Luke, Alex, Lily, Violet and Camille; his brother Gillie Jaramillo of Los Lunas; his in-laws, Uriel Salas and Aracely Salazar; and also, Kenneth Salas, Maria Amalia Salas (Samuel Balmaceda), Uriel Salas of Ciudad Quesada and San Jose.
He loved to speak of his family roots beginning with their arrival to New Spain during the early years of the 16th century and through over 480 years of civic and professional contributions to what would eventually become the United States of America, and the State of New Mexico.
