He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Koching and Martha Koching (Holder). He is survived by: his wife Emma Koching (Schiel); his stepdaughters, Ann Lowery (Mike) and Julie Dent-Wiard (David); and his sons, Gordon Koching and Mark Koching (Kelly). He is also survived by five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
