He was predeceased by: his parents, George Setzer and Jane Setzer (Glasgow); and his grandson Blake Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Thompson (Fisher) of Littleton; his daughter Brenda Johnson (Larry); his grandchildren, Chase Johnson (Chloe Phannenstiel) of Littleton and Courtney Johnson (Huy Ngo) of Littleton; and his brother Thomas Setzer (Deb Gray) of Nevada. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
