She was predeceased by: her husband Donald P. Noyes; her parents, Edward Earl and Bessie Parsons; and her sister Patricia Cothern. She is survived by: her brother Ed Parsons Jr. of Payette; her nephews, Greg of Fargo, Scott of Denver and Brian of League City, Texas.; and her niece Cindy Durham of Geneva. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
