He was predeceased by : his parents, Alyce Wood and William Boulter. He is survived by : his wife Suzanne Boulter; his children, Ally Boulter, Emily Burgett (Chris) and Jonathan Fackler (Jessica); his grandchildren, Phoenix, Jace, Reese, Hazel and River; and his siblings, Janette Johnson, Kristine Slavin, Stephanie Wageman and Travis Blackwell.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Three Trees Chapel (13416 W Arbor Pl, Littleton, CO 80127). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
