She is survived by: her husband John Olin Spradley; her daughters, Janet Spradley, Cathy Knox (Mark) and Julie Spradley; her grandchildren, Sarah Parmenter (Michael), Aaron Knox (Coral), Rachel Knox and Isaiah Knox; and her great grandchild Daniel.
