He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Weaver and Verna Weaver; his son Wade Weaver; his grandson Jesse Weaver; and his brothers, Michael and Bobby Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Weaver; his daughter Dawn Weaver; and his grandchildren, Tara, T. J. Lane, Koby, Sawyer, Andrew, Hanna and Kami Weaver. He is also survived by his 6 greatgrandchildren, and his remaining 9 siblings.
Philip gave in death, as he gave in life and made a noble and commendable act by requesting his body be donated to The University of Colorado State Anatomical Board for the advancement of science.
