He is survived by: his mother Patricia Phillips; his siblings, Carrie, Jennifer Phillips, Sarah Wright (Josh) and Austin Phillips (Carly); and his nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Ayden, Alexa, Dextin, Shaela, Pacen, Jaxson, Cardeah and Natalie. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
