He is survived by: his mother Velma Frank of Limon, CO; his wife Tamera Garnhart; his daughters, Jamie Frank of Limon, CO, Rachel Patton of Edmond, OK and Cassena Henning (Jason) of Westmoreland, KS; his grandchildren, Alek of Edmond, OK, Persaius, Adilynn and Emmett of Limon, CO; his siblings, Kathleen Coval (Loren) of Dodge City, KS, JoAnn Ratzlaff (Doug) of Limon, CO, John Frank (Brenda) of Florissant, MO and Tom Frank of Broomfield, CO; and his siblings-in-law, Tammy Konecny and Rick Konecny of Dodge City, KS. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
