He is survived by: his wife Debra McNicholas (McCauley) of Leadville; his children, James McNicholas (Amanda) of Leadville and Stacy Stultz (Tyrel) of Leadville; his siblings, Mike McNicholas of Canon City, Pat, Sean McNicholas (Deneb) of Leadville, Colleen Marcella (Scott) of Leadville, Kathy Babb (Dewayne) of Canon City, Addie, Gemma and Wyatt; his mother-in-law Patricia Toombs of Penrose; and his sister-in-law Candy McCauley of Colorado Springs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
