He was predeceased by: his grandson Isaac Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Joshua, Amita McClain (Agrawal) of Duluth, Georgia, Steve, Heather Wilson (McClain) of Leadville, Colorado, Joseph and Ashley McClain (Greene) of Lawrenceville, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Ian, Tyler, Matthew, Eden, Richard William II, Maya, Avonlea and Moriah; and his siblings, Carol Bassett and Douglas McClain of Florida.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dick's memory can be made to TMS Global honoring his lifelong commitment to missionary work and community service.
