He was predeceased by: his brother Joshua Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Claudia Smith and Ralph Smith of Leadville Colorado; his sister Jessica Smith; his brother-in-law Randy Behm; and his nieces and nephews, Caleb Smith, Neo Smith, Logan Behm, Layla Behm and Destiny Smith.
