He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Pena and Clara Pena (Bustos); his daughter Anne Louise Pena; and his brothers, Joe Pete, Eddie and Henry Pena.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Pena; his daughter Kaye Pena-Bennett (James) of Lake Anna, VA; his sister Irene Kesler of Stockbridge, WI; and his grandchildren, Patrick Rafael Pena-Bennett of Lake Anna, VA and Laura Bennett of Waynesboro, VA..
